By simply inserting the installation CD, the software, scanner and approval system is automatically set up for each user. Even if your organization is spread across the country, this makes it easy for each user to easily install NeatReceipts Enterprise on their systems.

The NeatReceipts portable scanner

Each user of NeatReceipts Enterprise will receive the NeatReceipts scanner - a lightweight, portable, durable color scanner. Our expense report pc software designed with this scanner in mind and has the following unmatched functionality:

• Auto-sizes any scanned receipt or document.
• Auto-crops and auto-rotates any scanned receipt or document.
• Scan widthwise or lengthwise -- the image will appear upright in image viewer.
• Powered by USB port. No power plug/outlet needed.
• Scans quickly and easily without opening and closing scanner lid (flatbed).
• Small, portable and lightweight. Perfect for the office, at home or on the road.

Advanced mapping to Excel templates. Expense reports in PDF, XLS ...

If your organization already uses Microsoft Excel templates, NeatReceipts Enterprise will learn the template and appropriately export information into a format compatible for your company!

The NeatReceipts Enterprise expense report pc software has advanced search capabilities that allow you to find expense reports and receipts with any combination of criteria, including:

• Date of expense report creation, submission and approval/rejection
• Project or Client information
• Total amount of expense report, total for any category or expense amount
• Expense purpose
• Payment class (billable, reimbursable, paid by company, personal, taxable)
